St. James’s Place ACM as part of the St. James's Place Financial Adviser Academy. It was presented by broadcaster Gabby Logan and it took place at the O2 with over 4,500 attendees from SJP.

SJP is one of the largest advice-led wealth management firms in the UK. The ACM is a significant event where 4,500 attendees are invited. ec was tasked with managing the event. The challenges included sourcing the event, set design and AV, producing graphics for stage design and presentations. Videography of the event for promotion as well as brand exposure was also key.

The event was a huge success bringing together attendees from all over the globe. The O2 was a fantastic venue to promote the event providing a stage to engage the audience. The services included overall Project Management to oversee all third party suppliers, extensive venue liaison, production consultation and onsite management, theming, a bespoke delegate registration site and pre-event communications, delegate off-schedule activities, event identity and onsite client and supplier management.
